Welcome to Rocky Vista University and to the University's web site. It is indeed a pleasure as President to introduce you to a new, innovative, and forward-looking University with a clear mission to address the medical needs of our region and the nation.
The University’s first and primary program, the College of Osteopathic Medicine will soon admit its first class into a modern, state-of-the-art facility in the growing city of Parker, Colorado, in the southern suburbs of Denver. Located on a campus site designed for expansion, Rocky Vista University is dedicated to the better understanding and provision of health care with the unique needs of the diverse population of our region and nation in the twenty-first century.
While we are dedicated to the art and science of medicine, our University in its brief history is also a good citizen of Colorado and our plans for the future can be summarized in the service of the common good and welfare of our citizens as whole persons, each with unique needs and each with much to contribute to the advancement of human civilization. We are well prepared with an experienced and qualified faculty and support staff to undertake the education of the next generation of medical professionals and caregivers. It is a pleasure to serve such an effort.
