Under the direction of the dean, the Rocky Vista University Office of Human Resources provides advice, information, training and resources to support the university's mission. The purpose of the human resources department is to assist in maintaining a work environment that attracts, develops, rewards and retains talented, productive and diversified faculty and staff.
