Stephen Heinz, M.D.
Director of Medical Education

Dr. Stephen Heinz is the Rocky Vista University Director of Medical Education for the HealthOne system. He is currently the Medical Director of the Emergency Department and also past president of the medical staff at Sky Ridge Medical Center. Dr. Heinz graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan and was a resident in Emergency Medicine at Detroit Receiving Hospital. He worked for 20 years in the Emergency Department at Rose Medical Center before making the move to Sky Ridge. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine.
