
Carolyn Glaubensklee, Ph.D. in Medical Sciences
Associate Professor of Physiology
Dr. Carolyn Glaubensklee, Associate Professor of Physiology, joins the RVU faculty from her previous teaching position at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Dr. Glaubensklee has her Ph.D. in Medical Sciences and has taught a wide variety of different courses ranging from Cell Biology to Vertebrate Physiology. Recently, she has taught Pathophysiology and Research Process for Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Glaubensklee completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Cardiovascular Research Institute, University of California San Francisco and University of California-Berkeley. She has taught at the Colorado College and left the institution with the title of Adjunct Professor Emeritus for her work in developing the pre-medical program at the school. Dr “G” will head the Colleges Against Cancer club at RVU this year. Most recently, Dr. Glaubensklee served as the Principal Investigator on a NIH/NCI grant with the University of Colorado Comprehensive Cancer Center. She enjoys life in Aurora and Pueblo, with her husband, Robert and loyal puppy, “Poopy Jack”.
